About the Author Eugenea Couture is a mother of four and a native of Vancouver, B.C. Canada. At age four, she was forced into the foster care system in southern Alberta. As an adult, she moved back to the west coast where she settled down to raise her children and reunite with her biological family so they could mend their broken relationships. Terrified by the possibility of history repeating, Eugenea wanted to be a stay-at-home mother so she could focus on her children’s upbringing. It has been her life-long passion to help others find their families and to share her remarkable journey.

Eugenea overcomes a series of hardships with love and forgiveness By Nina Shoroplova What a positive message of love, forgiveness, and the power of perseverance Eugenea presents to the world. She lives through her own childhoodknowing her parents are alive, yet she has been separated from them. Next she is separated from her siblings, one by one. She is shuffled from one unsuitable foster care home to another. If you've ever wondered how such a difficult path could affect a person, read Eugenea's story and admire how she overcomes every test, finds her lost parents and lost siblings, and ultimately finds herself. I am full of respect for Eugenea’s incredible journey. Read her story and let her distinct voice help you overcome the daily struggles you face with fresh effort and hope.

Wilson While a hard book to read in terms of this family's difficult generational journey through the foster care system, the focus and purpose of this book is a positive message. Author Eugenea Couture offers proof positive that you can reclaim your family, you can break the cycle and no matter what your beginning, there is hope and joy and a positive future waiting to be embraced.

This story unravels what happened to a family after a father stole his own children and uses parent alienation to revenge his spouse. For anyone who might be searching or trying to rebuild their family this is a beautiful message of endurance, hope and faith.
