He blends theory, research, and clinical experience along with his personal journey as a psychologist and a human being in a compelling presentation. I highly recommend it. I can't recommend highly enough, or do justice to a review of Dr. Henry Grayson's CD set The New Physics of Love, and also his book based upon it, entitled Mindful Loving: 10 Practices for Creating Deeper Connections," (published 2003). It would be helpful if the reader were acquainted with A Course in MIracles, In closing is a quotation from Dr. Grayson, "Every time we think, we set into motion the entire creative mechanism. Love is not so much an emotion as it is a conscious, willful decision we make."
