A Personal Field of Dreams By Mary Walsh If you are caught up in the daily stress of everyday city or suburban life, you need to read Down On the Farm. It is a welcome escape that will have you dreaming of the promise and rewards of living a farmer's life. The author chronicles both the positives and occasional downsides of her life. However, the reader is always left with the heartfelt reward of the author's sharing of what seemed to be an ideal life in a field of dreams. A must read!

More than "Just a Housewife" By Hammeringhal As you read Sue's account of her daily life with her husband,children and the community, you see that "just a housewife" does not do her "calling" justice. Her stories bring back fond memories to me of life on the farm. A well-written book. I would like to read of her research into the stories of "The Trail of Tears".Harold Stark
