About the Author Kimberly Wells lives and works in South Dakota, where she's a paralegal, private investigator, and creative spirit. Her vast life experiences have provided her with unique insight into the human condition, and a bottomless well of ideas to draw from. Kimberly started writing many years ago, but wasn't moved to publish anything until the loss of her grandson, Mason. Although initially written as a way to deal with her grief, Kimberly discovered through the journaling process that she enjoyed writing. Tidemann For parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles - anyone who has experienced the loss of a child - this book is a must-read. Wells' poignant story of love and loss tells how she and her family coped with the loss of her grandchild. Especially moving is how the memorial services, which included a Native American ceremony, helped Wells and her family cope with the loss.Every grief professional, counselor, and parent should have this book.
