By Yumi Fujiwara I purchased this book with the intent of learning how to deal with my behavioral problems that come with Asperger's, and just from what I've read of this book so far, I think it will be a great help for me and any fan of the movie.This book gives readers tips on how to deal with everything from your emotions to goal-setting to bullies, narrated by the five emotions to keep readers' attention. It also has parts where you can write about yourself in, from a list of things you'd like to change about yourself to a list of things you find disgusting. I also liked how this book had some new artwork I had never seen in any other Inside Out book at the moment, and was surprised to see Bing Bong mentioned a few times as well! If you like Inside Out, or you know a kid who has behavior issues, buy them this book. You won't regret it one bit!

After reading it through, I've decided to buy several more as gifts. This book, so filled with information, is the perfect way for young people to make sense of their ever changing emotions. I thoroughly enjoyed its great artwork, wonderful content and, if the portions of the book for your own thoughts are filled in, it will become a treasured keepsake.

Great Therapuetic Resource for children counselor By ReviewMasta This is a great resource in working with kids in a therapeutic setting especially with kids who are on the spectrum. It has lists for coping with sadness and anger as well as activities for positive self talk. The therapeutic material isn't anything mind blowing but since it relates to this movie I can see clients turning to this book to review their coping skills when upset.
