I was at first disappointed in that the actual poetry and writings seem to be lost in a fog of other writers and what they have to say either about themselves or Browning. I really wasn't looking for a history of the works. I suppose I can continue on and may eventually find what I was looking for. One read on this will most likely be "it".UPDATE: Jan. 5, 2013Well, I tried again to find something redeeming about this work. Just couldn't do it. Anthing that wears me out like this I really don't need. No point in taking up space on my Kindle with it. I will be deleting it from it and my library today.
4 of 5 people found the following review helpful. No poetry By Rocabatus I don't understand why it's called "The Poetry of Robert Browning" when it's anything but. While there are some (very few) poems, they are scattered among someone else's (not Browning's) prose. Utterly useless.
